LOVE sucks!

What’s more satisfying than an intense boxing workout?
How about using a particularly disliked ex as your punching bag?

Crunch’s Ex-Factor will allow you to vent to your heart’s
content – all over your ex’s face no less – while you burn calories,
tone muscles and perfect your right hook. All you need to do is show
up with plenty of energy and a picture of your former flame in tow.
Once in class you’ll tape that picture to a focus mitt, pair off with a
partner and get to getting some sweet revenge.

When class is over you’ll have an opportunity mix and mingle
with fellow singles while refueling on cocktails and snacks.
Non-members are welcome.

Lenny's Bar

I'd been meaning to go to Lenny's Bar for a while. I missed tons of Janelle Monae shows there thinking
it was in Decatur when it's actually on Decatur street. Go figure, yeah so I went last night to "Down & Dirty."
I'd planned on going with people but that kind of fell through.I was torn because I didn't want to go stag.
But since you only live once, I decided to trek there by myself, because not going & sitting in my apt. for another night
was not in the cards. I made my way through the hood that is my block and hopped on the first thing smoking east of 5 Points.
Getting there was easy as pie, for all my fellow MARTA patrons take eastbound to King Memorial and walk a few blocks.
Yea, so Lenny's is a nice, low key, diverse, eclectic spot. There's pool, booze, regular people, and no pretense.
I eased in, since I was flying solo I didn't want to look like I was out of place, LOL. I made my waynear the stage and
grabbed a seat. I sat there and jammed for a minute, the DJ was dope. He had skills I remember he mixed the new
Common record with this super old school beat, it was love. I got myself a rum and coke and just kind of fucked around
for a bit. I saw this random girl I knew from some class a million years ago, and talked to a few strangers.
I only stayed for an hour because I knew I was riding the train home and I didn't know exactly what time the
hoodlums hit the streets to rob dirt poor unsuspecting kids like myself. I enjoyed my brief little foray into Lenny's world.
I'll definitely make my way back up that way. If you're in the downtown area, just wanna go someone where no-body knows
your name and their probably too into their drink and the music to care, check out Lenny's Bar on Decatur St.

MJQ

Wednesday night I went to MJQ with some friends.
Helen and I had dinner @ Papi's on Ponce, came to
my place to chill for a bit then left the house around 10:15.
The club itself is in a very clandestine location.
I had a great time with Helen, Dominique, & Ryan.
We started off at the main bar and jammed to some
electronica, then made our way to the hip-hop room.
The DJ was on his job. He played everything from Pharcyde to Pharrell.
The drinks were very reasonably priced. The crowd is untrakable.
The people are from all colors and creeds.
Overall everyone is there to just get it. We stayed there until close.
I'm definitely going back (and SOON).

|Compound| & ***Lotus Lounge***

If you're on the prowl for a wild night. Compound is urban jungle that aims to please. It's a standard spot for many because of the it's urban hip crowd and banging beats. Located off Brady Street it's where you want to be on a Friday night. The DJ's don't disappoint blending beats like bartenders. Compound is full of beautiful people, sipping, jigging and being sexy. Don't come half stepping either because the dress code is strictly enforced. Forget the baggy jeans and tees. The ladies come looking fabulous and the fellas come fly and fresh. Compound is a hot spot filled to the top with movers and shakers around Atlanta. It's beyond grown and sexy with everything you could want in a club: dope music, smooth drinks, and sexy people. Compound is like a Hype Williams music video it's crisp, fresh, and every body is talking about it.

Not into the club crowd? Just looking to chill? Lotus Lounge offers a relaxed atmosphere in conjunction with a look of luxury and location know for it's palatial pulchritude. Lotus Lounge is diverse it's like a UN meeting if you add some mood lighting and take away the discussion of international relations. The building flows like a series of lucid rhymes. The music is as diverse as the crowd, with everything for Old School like Run DMC to Reggae to Britney Spears. You don't have to come stunting, the attire is still grown and sexy but it's not a fashion show. This no pressure environment allows for maximum opportunity to to relax and enjoy some friends. Lotus Lounge great for really getting to know somebody and vibing with some cool people.
