People kinda sleep on Bobby Valentino...
I like the guy, I have all of his albums.
I enjoy his voice. His new disc "The Rebirth" is an honest effort.
I've listened to it and I give it a solid B. Again, it's not AMAZING, but it's pretty sound.
I don't really sense any significant growth from his first album to now.
His sound is consistent and he works with pretty good producers.
It seems like he's pretty settled, I hope he shakes it up a little more in the future.
This record has some good jams including the lead single, "BEEP" & "My Girl"
It's contemporary R&B with a southern slide-ya-panties-down twist.
